VRgineers at CES 2020: Witness the launch of new generation XTAL with unbeatable 8K resolution

The new generation of XTAL with unbeatable 8K resolution is HERE. Be a part of its exclusive launch at CES 2020

VRginners will exclusively launch the new generation XTAL with 4K display per eye (8K horizontal in total) at the CES event in Las Vegas on January 7-10. Join us at booth #21959 & be among the first people in the world to try it on a realistic F18 simulator combined with a movable platform. This setup is similar to simulators used by US Airforce and US NAVY and opens a variety of new use-cases, which were not possible to do with standard virtual reality till today.

A SET OF BREAKTHROUGH TECHNOLOGIES

The new generation of XTAL introduces a significantly better picture quality and readability.

VRgineers introduced the XTAL headset two years ago and built it meticulously around the needs of professional designers, engineers, pilots, doctors or trainers who require superior image quality and accuracy, wide field-of-view, easy integration, and data security.

Whether users want to virtually design, create, prototype, teach or train, XTAL offers the visual quality needed for even the most demanding tasks. VRgineers goes now even further by introducing a set of breakthrough technologies with the new generation of XTAL:

  • High-density LCDs with unbeatable resolution 8K
  • Foveated rendering capabilities
  • AR mixed reality module addon
  • Improved lenses with 180º FOV
  • Eye-tracking capable to run up to 210 fps
  • Embedded Ultraleap hand-tracking
  • The convenience of VirtualLink cable
  • Version with helmet mount for simulations

CES2020: LET’S REDEFINE WHAT IS POSSIBLE IN VR

Would you like to be one of the first people to personally experience the new generation of XTAL? Visit our booth #21959 at CES 2020 in Las Vegas on January 7-10.

We are happy to demonstrate the unbeatable immersive capabilities of the XTAL, which is already attracting the attention of training centers worldwide. The first receiver of the new XTAL will be the Vance Airforce Base in Oklahoma, which ordered XTAL headsets to upgrade their training center. VRgineers are also participating in US NAVY and US NAVAIR R&D initiatives to invent the next generation simulator solution for virtual reality training.

GET YOUR HANDS ON A FULL VR FLIGHT SIMULATOR

Our booth will feature a unique movable platform that simulates an F18A combat jet. The platform combines a simulator chair and the XTAL VR Headset.

Thanks to the uncompromisingly sharp image and 8K resolution of the new XTAL, you will feel like in an expensively equipped training cockpit. Forget the classic training machines. The new generation of XTAL allows for a whole new level of immersion, meeting the needs of industry professionals. You will feel like seated in a real jet fighter cockpit, ready to train.
