The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- plan, coordinate, and execute events
- identify the requirements and expectations for each event
- develop detailed project timelines
- communicate with the official organizers (booking the booth, etc.), Vrgineers partners’, logistics and marketing departments during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- attend the events to facilitate their success
- manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- prepare event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event reporting and analysis.
- manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and meeting key milestones.
- prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- maintain marketing equipment inventory
- support colleagues from marketing and sales department
Requirements:
- proven experience in event planning and/or project management
- strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- flexibility to travel and work on-site at events
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- at least B2 level in English language
- at least C1 level in Czech language

We develop high-end flight training simulators and our own VR headset XTAL for virtual and mixed reality. Our customers include military and non-military aviation organizations around the world. Your role will be to develop FW for various embedded hardware in these devices. You will use modern STM32 RISC microcontrollers combined with various RTOSes (FreeRTOS, Azure ThreadX) and integrate the systems built on them into Windows PCs. The VR environment is rapidly evolving, so we emphasize iterative development and rapid prototyping. At the same time, we aim for high reliability as we develop professional training devices. We don’t set small goals.
What will be your main task?
- searching for suppliers based on technical specifications / required technology
- creating request for quotation (RFQ) documents based on technical specification from specialists
- arranging and conducting tenders for RnD
- managing the parts delivery process for RnD (RFI, RFQ, RFP, PO, delivery, etc.)
- entering and controlling suppliers, purchase orders and payments in ERP
- technology research / market research
- direct purchasing
- supplier database management
What knowledge and experience is an advantage?
- knowledge of working with ERP and PDM, technical background
